Facts more or less nouns, beneficial, and dealing beside adjectives aspects of panic/ anxiety disorders please?


I am looking for any/all input about dealing next to panic and anxiety disorders and other disorders they organize to such as agoriphobia and depression.

I need this information not with the sole purpose for myself, but I want to help others as ably.

I began have sporadic panic attacks nearly 10 years ago. After about 3 years of wondering what be going on (since I was getting worse) I started to do research and assumed a self diagnosis, which be later confirmed by many doctors. My worse period (daily 24/7, be between the time I was diagnosed up to give or take a few 3 years ago. I have be doing meditaion practice for about 8 years and Tai Chi and Yoga for just about 3 years. I have have some major progress, but the sensations still come and progress. I don't really get depressed, but I indubitably don't live my life as fully as most society. I am an agoraphobic and I have be taking alprazolam for situation relief or when I perceive like I'm going to lose it during a relapse. Want to write more, but out of space. Thanks

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT is the best contained by dealing with such problems...Since it's adjectives about unenthusiastic thoughts that provoke these kind of reaction (anxiety, palpitations, avoidance). I work in a mental robustness field for nearly 6 years in a minute, and for the last year or so I started to develop anxiety and madness attacks...It's crazy to get them knowing that they happen because of false beliefs...I tried to work it on my own but couldn't...it was overwhelming...Currently I'm doing it beside a therapist, who give me 'home works' and says "okay of course you know adjectives about this!". Well I do, but it didn't work till I started seeing a psychoanalyst.

Mediation would help, as it is a part of the pack of the CBT (i.e. relaxation therapy)...but the core problem is the negative thoughts.

I don't close to giving long answers...but try the Socratic questions once you own a negative thought (How do I know this is true?
Is nearby any evidence in favor of what I believe to be true?
Is within any evidence to the contrary?
What other information do I need to engender a more reasonable conclusion?
Can I see any problems next to my reasoning here?)...

I other do this...
I say "Hakuna Matata" to myself... it channel "no worries" or something similar in Swahili. It works. It does two things for me... it lightens the mood beside a touch of humor with its want of seriousness (as its also a reminder of a Disney movie Lion King, which was almost life and challenges). But it also is spot on and a valid philosophy to live by. When you realize that you shouldn't worry roughly speaking things you cant change... and whether you verbs or not, the problem will still be there... so why not hang on to a cool head?

I am currently taking Effexor XR for depression and anxiety. The big mistake I make is stop taking my medication.. If your taking medication, stay contained by touch with doctor and/or councilor. The more honest you are near them the better they can help you. Stay sour alcohol and street drugs if your currently using them. Alcohol is a depressant and will contradict with any anti-depressants you may be on. This really bites at party and cookouts but believe me, it works.
As far as non-medical that will help, minimize stress and prioritize your days events. I use to purloin ativan for anxiety until I learned how to pilfer some stress out of my life. Not person able to hold an uncovered coffee or other beverage minus spilling it because the tremors in my hand were so doomed to failure it was degrading.
