What does the solar plexus chakra stand for?
I have be feeling nauseated lately and I know it is connected to my turbulent state at the moment because the nausea comes after I have be thinking about things that are going on within my life. Seeing the sensation is in the pit of my stomach I thought give or take a few the solar plexus chakra (did a coarse in brisk healing a long time ago). I own forgotton what the associations are here. can anyone remind me.
