my mum always used to bring in me ginger tea with lemon. basically boil water surrounded by a teapot, cut up some small pieces of ginger and let it steep surrounded by the tea pot for about 10-15 minutes...strain and join lemon. really delish and helps sooth throat aching as well.

juice of two to three lemons
2 cups of dampen or more
bring to a boil
meanwhile grate or slice up a 1inch piece of fresh ginger into a thermos along near a clove or two of garlic (start with one) and 1/8-1/4 c of honey.

when you go to sleep at darkness wear alot of clothes and blankets even if your really hot. it will be uncomfortable but through the darkness your body will sweat out alot of toxins. also drinking lots of tea/ water/ OJ.
