Is 10 grams of Vitamin B5 too much?
that sounds like a great deal, its to get rid of acne it supposedly help. I've read up and they say it help. and that extra b5 is excreted through urine. so it shouldn't hurt you but i'm still skeptical

That dose is used to treat certain medical conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, but just under a physician's concern. Usually, the water soluble vitamins are truthfully safe. Remember that the chubby soluble vitamins are dangerous to give somebody a lift more than recommended daily amounts. are you sure its not 10 mg??? around 100mg would be the safer upper dosage i'd suggest
It s not to much only just spread it out over the day when ingesting.
The recommended average intake of pantothenic tart is between 10 -15 milligrams a day. Therapeutic dosages usually gamut from 50 to 200 milligrams per day. Taking 300 milligrams of pantethine three times a sunshine may lower cholesterol. A more than normal amount of pantothenic sharp may be needed after injury, severe illness, or antibiotic psychotherapy.
Some people enjoy reported adverse effects of megadosing B5, with side effects including gatrointestinal problems, chronic fatigue, fleece loss, and anxiety attacks, amongst others. These reports are anecdotal (dig around for them on the web), and many more folks seem to report positive experiences next to B5, but is it worth the risk?
I mean, you're putting 10,000 mg (over 2000 times the rda!) of pantothenic tart into your body. Nobody really knows if this practice is protected, no long term studies hold been done.
