What's a well brought-up home remedy for insomnia?
It's nearly 4 am and I can't sleep. Is there some kindly of homemade quick-fix for this? I'd like to know so it doesn't come about again.

But adjectives of these answers are ways of making yourself tired. I've had insomnia for years and it's not that I'm not tired, but it's that I lately can't sleep. So if you're looking for a cure for actual insomnia...I have no answer for that.
