L-Tyrosine and Omega 3 replacing Ritalin?
A local health food store owner recommended to bear L-Tyrosine, one early surrounded by the morning and one mid day. Also, Omega 3 one to two times a daytime. I used to take 20mg rapid release Ritalin three times a day for ADD. I be very depressed with the long residence effects of my mood, so he suggested these dietary supplements. Any information or experiences with this?
Answer:
It sounds similar to a decent theory. Many people diagnosed next to ADD turn out to have nutritional defiencies which may be contributing to their symptoms. The majority of the US population is not up to scratch in Omega 3s...it would be devout to supplement your diet with those whether or not you remain or ritalin, unless you are already ingestion ground flax meal and salmon every sunshine (ie big sources of omega 3s)!
L-tyrosine is apparently good for increasing vitality and aiding concentration.worth a try!
