i am so tense...hm...i am so uncomfortable n suffer a lot..feel like dying..who can really take in my situation..it just so distress n make me verbs my hair and knock my chief to the brain......it is so suffer....

If you have a migraine headache, you enjoy the symptoms of nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, and hypersensitivity to stimuli. Here lots of population are saying heat to put on, the headache is caused by the vasodilation (opening of vessels), Vasoconstriction cause the initial symptoms (other words, the vessels are closed) so if you put heat, you are opening those vessel more causing more affliction, is correct to just preserve cold packs around the collar, forehead, temple area, wrist and foot (reflex points on feet).
Yes you can use medication, of course i would too...but use it beside the ice pack and try to relax within a quiet room.
If you can and you carry them regularly, try acupuncture or massage analysis.

Run cold water over your pave the way, then hot, after cold, then hot again. Finish near cold, then wrap your manager and hair surrounded by a towel and go to bed beside the towel pulled over your eyes. Do NOT put your head on a pillow - lay on your subsidise with your director on the mattress at the same stratum as your shoulders and back. It will contentment the length of time your headache last and ease the agony.
In the adjectives, get some feverfew tablets or loose fern feverfew and make a tea near it. Take one tablet or capsule of feverfew EVERYDAY and you will never enjoy another migraine or even a headache. It is a preventive - not a cure. If you don't like taking pills, receive tea from the loose leaf feverfew and sip it slowly at lowest possible once a day. Same effect. Be warn, feverfew smells and tastes unacceptable as a tea. If you add sugar to the tea to add to the taste, it will not be as successful. Nobody knows why it works, it freshly does.

Different things oblige for different people. The best entity in the world, as everyone stresses, is lay down in a nice, dusk, quiet place. But...
Sometimes, when I am at my worst, lay down doesn't help. Heck, I receive to a point where I CAN'T lay down. I can't stand still. If I could, I would pound the migraine right out of my poor pave the way. My boyfriend's brother gets cluster headache. He talks roughly times when he just desires to pound his head against the floor over and over, and I know a moment ago how he feels.

While the migraine is raging, if your director will allow you to, you'll need to try things to see what best works for you. I see a great deal of folks talk nearly cold cloths on their head or collar - I'll kill anyone that brings cold anywhere close to me, but it does relieve others. So cold OR WARMTH to the head or d¨Ścolletage. Showers (sometimes - but others, no - the water hitting the boss can be a problem other times). Soaky baths. A dark room. Soothing music or categorical silence. Relaxation exercises (something rather resembling self-hypnosis). If you can get your herald into a place that can allow it, sleep...the deeper, the better...
As many different things relieve as there are different family and different migraines!
There are different meds that help, too, logically...
There are a lot of different medication that will help to prevent migraines. You and your doctor can work together to find the right single medication or combination of meds that will give support to. Or, unfortunately, here may not be anything that will prevent your migraines totally (this happens to be how it works near me).
Also, if you'd like to try vitamin supplements, they may all right help as preventatives. Many migraineurs (folks who acquire migraines) take:
Magnesium Oxide
Vitamin B2
Coenzyme Q10
Calcium + Vitamin D
(when taking supplemental magnesium, it's crucial to take extra calcium to maintain them balanced)
There are also "abortive" drugs called triptans - seven surrounded by all. Imitrex, which is adjectives over the television, is one of them. Different ones will recurrently work for different people. If they work for you, they'll see in at the foundation of a migraine, like artifice, and like the commercials enunciate, pretty much stop a migraine in its tracks. They work better for some than for others. They are NOT for some types of migraines (I can NOT use them myself, darnitall!) There are other types of abortive drugs that work all right for other people. Not adjectives abortives work for everyone, but, again, they're worth talking beside your doctor about.
As a final effort, at hand are pain meds, what I send for my "rescue" meds or my "big guns". Mine are narcotic. Not all affliction medications are. If you certainly need them, they are a lifesaver - and as true migraine sufferers, we know that near are definitely times that Excedrin Migraine and the resembling just do not cut it! <rueful grin> Talk to your doctor to find the proper anguish medication that will work for you.
(As a quick aside, while we're conversation about meds - and solitary because so many of us swot about this one the rock-hard way: some of these meds - the abortives (triptans, cafergots) agony meds, AND the over the counter stuff, will cause come back headaches - also call medication overuse headaches. This can come about when using them as infrequently as 5-10 times a month. Talk to your doctor as long as you're in within - no sense helping one problem, only to enjoy another problem crop up!)
