What cause headache at the completion of my extent?
This is something I've been dealing near for the past few years. Sometimes headache come in at the genesis of my period but most usual towards the call a halt. I am 43 years old and enjoy a history of migraines. I am tired of taking migraine meds (prescribed) and whenever I mention to my Dr. that they usually come during that time, she kind of blows it bad and prescribes more meds. I am almost sure this is a hormonal issue but I don't know how to go roughly it. Any suggestions?
Answer:
The headache is probably being triggered by some mineral less that's been aggravated by the loss of blood.
One adjectives mineral deficiency is magnesium and that have been particular to cause migraines (as resourcefully as many other symptoms).
Another forceful treatment is Feverfew, an herb. You have to pinch it regulary for 3 months but then you can drop it completely. It prevents to some extent than treats an already in progress migraine.
Those are no fun. Whatever you try - best of luck.
i hold the same problem. i find that drinking profoundly more water than usual help, along with some advil or similar nsaid. **the nippy change surrounded by estrogen levels may trigger the menstrual migraine.
It's the hormonal match changing. Fluids, no caffeine, and Advil great, or rubbing a short time peppermint oil into your temple.
