Nah I say-so have a hot hip bath and sleeo with the table lamp on.. I always appear to fall asleep when the lights on because my pupils aren't wide open open near my brain thinking heaps of things.

lol Hot Milk works for me. check out a boring book on cd from the library and listen to it. most of the time we cannot sleep because our minds are going. If you can distract your mind near a book or tv then you might can shift to sleep.
close your eyes and start counting numbers or think at a beautiul article that makes you content:) try taking a walk or streching past you go to bed. Don't guzzle after 7. give that a try. rember it will lug your body a couple days to get used to a topical pattern.

Theres a tea called "Sleepy Time Tea" it be made to relax you and is completely safe. the box have a little carry on it napping in a stool.
