What do I do when my merely hope to be stomach-ache free is marijuana but the doctor I budge to won't make a contribution it to me?
Instead they give me narcotic discomfort medication which I constantly take and that I don't similar to how it makes me quality except that it's a slight release from pain.
When I smoke marijuana and bring percocet 10mg I am pain free for 1-3 days. When I embezzle just one or the other seperate it help for only a short amount of time if at adjectives.
I have spent thousands upon thousands contained by tests to find out what this is and they can't amount it out. My testicle and sides (kidney regions) constantly feel similar to they are being crushed and twisted. It's the most horrible intuition and I can't live with it.
I've have severe chronic pain for 5 years leisurely getting worse and worse. They say its not a brutal condition and that I'll live. But it is still killing me by making my duration hell.
The doctor I have see during this time says she will not recommend cannibis.
Other doctors won't endow with me anything. Not even the percocet. So what do I do?!
Answer:
First of all the marijuana is insecure and even though it can be legal (depending on where on earth you live) for medical purposes. Second of all nearby should be some type of pain medication or some type of treatment that should be more influential than marijuana, and safer. Marijuana shouldn't make you quality any better than the pain medication. Try looking into alternative treatments. Have you tried physical therapy, TENS section therapy, Spinal Cord Stimulation or anything close to that?
Go to California where within are doctors that do understand how medicinal the herb is and bring a card for it. There are too many cases to count how it help people...dont dispense up the fight!
Are you within CA? If you are---go to a new doctor---if you aren't within California---come here now!!
I can completely twig how chronic pain can drive you MAD! To be blunt, I would travel doctor shopping until I found one that would write me a prescription. You may have to money a few out of pocket dr visits. You might also try contacting come of the "marijuana doctors" or clinics surrounded by CA to possibly get the autograph of a dr in your state.
Good Luck!
Trust your Doctor, as it seem that what you have be doing could lead to really Big problems, or even worse.
Best wishes.
Just keep hold of going to different doctors. I know that sounds kind of shady. That's truly what a lot of addict do (dr. shopping). I'm not recommending that you bounce from doctor to doctor. Just stir in for consultations and see if you can find one that will impart you what you feel you involve. There is a doctor out there somewhere that will.
When I saw this quiz I thought to myself, ‘man, I can only comfort this guy if he lives in Washington.’
I suggest you contact the Washington League of Patients. I will correlation to it as a source. I don't actually know much roughly the organization, but I work at a clinic and I not long learned roughly their existance when we got some paperwork on a lenient applying for medical marijuana through/with the help of the management.
I would assume that even doctors willing to prescribe this would want to rule out other treatment option, first. When/if you see a new provider (MD/DO, ARNP, PA) be sure to enjoy your previous records in relation to pain, or at least possible a treamtent summary, sent so that you can show that you have tried opioid analgesics (of which Percocet [oxycodone] is one) and any other treatments. It's usually comparatively easy to return with these records sent from one department to another, you should be able to cram out an authorization to release protected information at either the bureau that you are having accounts sent to or from.
I AM NOT A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL but I know that there are also continuous release patch, like the ones to give a hand people quit smoking, that may impart you better control of your pain. However, the single ones I know of are other opioids, like fentanyl which is intensely strong, so you would still experience side effects. You may want to look into alternative pain therapy, such as accupuncture, but again I am not a professional and would encourage you to do your own research.
Also, are you seeing a specialist or are you getting treatment for your misery from your PCP/family doc? Most people enjoy not heard of ‘physiatrists’ which are the docs who specialize contained by pain. You may want to see if in that are any physiatrists that are near you and that your insurance will cover.
Good luck! I'm sorry for what you're going through, chronic spasm is a terrible condition.
(The first cooperation is the Washington League of Patients, the others are informational).
