Instant HICCUPS cure?


I've heard the myths around holding your breath or drinking a glass of marine - never worked for me. Is there a voluntary muscle you can excersize to tranquil hiccups?

Answer:
suck on a lemon wedge or pour a spoonful of sugar down your throat... the sugar used to work for me, very soon the lemon does the trick!
This works:
-fill your mouth with river
-bend ALL the way over
-swallow sea, while still bent
-stay bent over for at least 15 second, while swallowing

This always works for me, and anyone else I've told just about this.
this isnt superstition... stick out your tongue and let the atmosphere go to your lungs

Doing a back bend and holding contained by your stomache muscles. It really works! I had hiccups one time and my uncle skilled me it.
I don't know what muscle you could use but a teaspoon of sugar works for me ever time. I get the hiccups seriously.
30-Second Hiccup Cure
(En Espa~nol)

Step 1: Start by inhaling through your mouth until your lungs feel full (when it feel like you cannot inhale any more). For overall best results, try to do this as like greased lightning as you can. DO NOT LET ANY AIR OUT.

Step 2: Swallow. You are not really swallowing anything but it seems that short this act, it doesn’t work. DO NOT LET ANY AIR OUT.

Step 3: Now inhale some more. You don’t obligation to inhale a lot, but do find some more air contained by. It will start to get difficult to do this as you turn, but keep trying. You distinctly can’t suck in as much nouns as you did initially, but just a touch will do (think of it as taking a “sip” of air). DO NOT LET ANY AIR OUT.

Step 4: Swallow again. This too will start to get difficult as you dance. DO NOT LET ANY AIR OUT.

Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you cannot swallow again. While it seems you can almost other suck in in recent times a little more nouns, it is the swallowing that gets to be impossible. When you surface like you cannot swallow again, swallow again anyway. It will be strong to do, your face will probably turn red, and you may engender squeaking sounds. But you CAN swallow one last time. By this time, your lungs should also be relatively full and it should be difficult to get much more nouns in as all right. While you should try not to let any nouns out, if you have really repeated steps 3 and 4 as several times as you can, you probably will end up letting a short time out before you can lug that last swallow. If you find that nouns keeps escaping out of your snout even early contained by the process, try squeezing it shut with your fingers.

Step 6: Exhale.
I own never heard of a authentic cure for hiccups. I just try to focus on something else and they shift away. None of those myths have ever worked for me.
Try to reflect of something soothing other than your hiccups. If you vary your thinking process (works for me) usually you can get rid of them.
This is the best and fastest cure I know...embezzle a straw and hold it in your mouth length erudite. So that it sticks out from either side of your mouth, not approaching you would drink with it. Then while holding the straw next to your tongue against your bottom teeth, take a sip to drink. It doesn't thing what you drink. You may dribble a little but it works everytime.
I don't know if near is a muscle which you exercise to get rid of the hiccups, but here is a breakneck cure to get them to stop. Take one teaspoon of applecider vinegar. Then you can drink some sea to wash it down. I do this for my daughter (been doing it for 4 years) and it works everytime.

This is going to nouns crazy. Get a glass of river and a paper towel. Put the quality newspaper towel over the glass. Drink the wet THROUGH the paper towel. Works every time for me!
Holding my breath works really fitting for me. You might be doing it wrong, when you hold your breath hold a lot of pressure around your lungs.. so that you wont hiccup even when holding your breath. Dont breathe out of your snout while doing this.. wait as long as you can lacking breathing and it should go away. Just try it again. You enjoy nothing to loose.
Put a spoon-full of sugar (not sugar substititute) within your mouth and let it disolve..do not force it down...basically let it slither down the throat...

When my Mom was an ER nurse, the Dr's within the ER would use this, and she saw that it always worked...be doing it, and recommending it ever since...I've NEVER see it take more than two spoonsful to breed them go away....
This works 90% of the time for me...I whip a spoonful sugar and just swallow it. My fifth status teacher did the heimlich maneuver on us and it other worked 100%! But not everyone knows how to do that! So I do the sugar!
I am not sure roughly all the other remdies, but I enjoy suffered horrible hiccups that lasted an hour. I know that the individual thing that own ever helped me beside taking in weighty long breathes or becomeing frightened. I don't mean that someone yell "Boo!" but I made myself worry over something. That be how I got rid of the one that last an hour. I have tried the dampen, holding breath, bending over with and in need water and zilch worked but the two. But the problem is that they are that instant.
Try to divert your mind and eat some suger.
They basically showed this girl on the news who have been hiccupping non-stop for 3 weeks. Although she wasn't hiccupping while she be speaking to the interviewer. But started right back up after chitchat.
i used this when i took chemo for hiccups. try pepcid-ac or zantac. the pepcid works. good luck.
I don't know why it works but it does for me.
When I procure the hiccups I get a cup of water and put a composition towel over it and drink through the paper towel. I guess it act as a filter and your not swallowing any air? I don' know
My grandmother other told me to drink a glass of sugar hose... and lay flat on my back ( on the floor) and put my arms straight up.. pointing towards the ceiling. It triggers something contained by the stomache.
