If it was a mixture of adjectives drugs, then populace would probably die the first time they took it because a lot of drugs hold opposite effects from respectively other (example, opiates vs. amphetamines). The body would get overloaded next to opposing signals, pulses and breathing would become erratic, and the blood pressure would any rise or fall to harmful levels. Pretty soon, natural life functions would cease.
