Anything for heartburn?
I get mega insane heartburn and tums/rolaids/etc never does a article. I was wondering if anyone know of a food or root or something that was a biddable answer to extreme heartburn. By extreme I mean almost every second I'm awake. I've hear of Pickle Juice but im looking for something I can do every day.

I suffer from heartburn frequently also. My doctor told me tums, rolaids, etc. work for a while, but afterwards they have a "rebound" effect and the heartburn comes put a bet on worse than ever. I tried the purple pill too, but it didn't agree with me. The pill that help me the most is Tagamet 200mg. You can buy the generic brand (at Walmart) and it's a lot cheaper than Tagamet and works of late as well. Try it and see what you devise. It really helps me--relief is not instant, you hold to wait for a time while.

If you can stand the taste, try 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar.
i swear by apple cider vinegar,the indisputable stuff,with the floaty cloudy stuff.teaspoon within warm wet,u decide the strenght,it stinks but its polite,any health shop give or take a few $5,drink that !!
Baking soda dissolved in dampen works great for temporary nouns. You might want to see a doctor to prescribe medication for long term nouns.

Carbs is what cause heartburn.
Eat protein separate from carbs. Have your carbs as snacks earlier surrounded by the day.
Also, probably 1 tbs. of vinegar surrounded by water will help out.
Do not eat close to bedtime. Sleep beside your head elevated.
I own the same problem. I'm not sure roughly speaking foods or roots, but those kinds of things typically aren't intended for long-term relief. If you capture this every day, there's a well brought-up chance that you truly have GERD (gastroesophogeal reflux disease) or sharp reflux. These problems can damage your esophogus and eventually even organize to cancer. If you've had this problem more than a couple weeks, you should try medication. Different medication work for different people, so it's newly a matter of finding something that works for you. Unless you hold some kind of prescription coverage, over-the-counter option will probably be cheaper. So, I would start with those and if they don't work, you may want to see a doctor. I've also just this minute tried Gaviscon when the medication isn't enough. It's pretty knotty to take, but it seem to work better than Tums, etc.

You want to modify your diet. Hearburn is a symptom of acid reflux. It have something to do with stomach acids funding up your esophagus.

Try 1/4 tsp baking soda in a cup of water. But chomp through Activia yogurt. All grocery stores carry it. It taste good and it's obedient for you. And try to figure out what it is that you are intake that causes this. Or it could be something you are drinking; coffee, colas even juice can cause heartburn. And I'm almost sure pickle liquid would just form it worse.
