Can i crinkle my spine by cracking it too much?
i have some self-chiropractic methods for the thorasics and lumbars (bending rear legs over a chair and twisting my torso or legs, respectively) i reflect i do it too much. i cant get my stupid cervicals tho and they're f*ckin bugging me and i enjoy no dough for a chiropractor.

You can do damage by cracking it yourself. And a chiropractor is plentifully cheaper than the hospital will be.
Just stretch first and stay limber while doing your exercise.
