What are some natural ways to settle an upset stomach? I habitually feel sick to my stomach, nauseated, and thought like I could vomit. I know around ginger root and I make ginger cinnamon muffins occasioanlly. I guzzle a vegan diet near no pop or alcohol. What can I do?
