Tell your friend to capture a cheese grater and start scraping away at the cancer. Thats the best treatment they will find in America minus any money.

Your friend should wish social service assistance as soon as possible if the cancer diagnosis is confirmed. Skin cancer can be fatal! The doctor or hospital that provided the diagnosis should own all the social service information to hand.
