Take exactness and God Bless You !
It doesn't---at least not consistently. Homeopathic remedies are touted as one a wonderful alternative to traditional medicine. However, what they forget to mention is that traditional drug is rigorously tested and carefully regulated by the FDA. Homeopathic medicine are considered "food" and therefore are not subject to this type of rigorous inspection.

In certainty, you may buy a bottle of, say, ginseng pills. But, since here is no regulation, those pills may have no ginseng at adjectives in them. The subsequent bottle you buy (even if it's the same brand) may contain much more than it should. Since within is no regulation, there is no standard control. This unreliability, along with possible interactions near proven drugs, makes it a doomed to failure idea to run the homeopathic route.
