can help anxiety, within terms of automatic remedies? like probably certain foods that might abet, or foods to avoid. not really looking for particular herb to help. gratefulness :)


Answer:    Hi, I have a severe anxiety disorder. I get diagnosed it in 1999 when I be in my first semester of my sophomore year at a university. It get so bad that I eventually took a one-way bus ticket home.

I've be on a ton of different prescription drugs since then, but surrounded by terms of instinctive remedies and certain foods that might sustain, I'll give you my best shot.

Avoid saline. You can use it. Just don't use too much of it. Sodium/salt increases your anxiety level. I hold a problem with that. It's one of my vice. Avoid too much sugar. Avoid too much caffeine. About two cups of coffee is about maximum is relative and that's what I jump by and I'm 6 foot 5 inches, 210 pounds. Avoid foods with MSG, which stands for Monosodium glutamate. MSG is preservative that you'll find surrounded by many foods, especially Chinese food! Avoid preservatives term.

Try to eat more integral foods and less prepared foods. That is the best style to avoid preservatives if you don't know what they are. I don't. Avoid soda pop. It contains and so do other food/drinks HFCS or High Fructose Corn Syrup which is basically pure sugar but sort of worse.

I've read that alcohol is something to really avoid but I don't take why since it is a depressant and would quelch any anxiety you have if drink ample of it. But, we all know that alcohol is not devout anyway. Totally avoid smoking. Nicotine in cigarettes, dip, chew, and cigars raise your anxiety levels. I go on the Nicotine patch about three months ago and finally go off the patch one month ago. It feel so great to not be smoking anymore. I used all of three former kind of tobacco products. I could never stand cigars : )

Taking about 2000 milligrams of Calcium every time can be beneficial. Also, you might want to take a worthy multi-vitamin/mineral supplement. Drink plenty of water throughout the hours of daylight. That helps too.
Chocolate help me. Depression and anxiety is defined as mental state which is characterized by sadness, famine of interest ,loss of appetite, and pessimism. Such persons require counseling and if required medical serve. Lemon Balm is known for it anti-depressant commotion. It is highly recommended for treatment of mental ailment approaching depression.
