Herbal remedies for Anxiety?

I've had anxiety problems for years and enjoy been on and bad meds. Right now im on Buspar, 7.5mg once a year and I was wondering if at hand were any herbal supplements that might be favourable. IE Valerian root, passion flower??? HAs anybody tried these???

i am on xanax as needed and i try not to take it more than one time a week so when i consistency like a involve something to relax during the week i use valerian tabs. its pure and has duplicate effect.
there is a super stress complex from wellfx.com that contains adjectives of the b vitamins as well asvalerian, hops,and scullcap and is sustained released. I enjoy used this with suntheanine from GNC for roughly speaking 2 years now and be able to wean rotten the meds gradually until I immediately no longer take them. I tried almost every instinctive anti-anxiety remedies (valerian, passion flower, Bach remedies, etc.) but I find that kava have helped me the most. If you do wish to go beside kava, please have your liver tested every so recurrently and if possible, be in motion under the supervision of a naturopathic or homeopathic doctor.
