spring water. its adjectives natural
The safest wet to drink is filtered touch water. Buy a Brita or Pur filtration system. We in recent times use a Brita pitcher. Spring water and other bottled waters are not necessarily filter. They may even just be the thump water from the town it is bottled contained by. Distilled water does not contain necessary minerals and is not advisable either.
one time, i watch an educational program on pbs roughly best ice cream surrounded by the usa. the number one ice cream and rime cream parlor was surrounded by downtown philly. the interviewer asked what drinks they serve, and the manager basically said tapwater. supposedly the interviwer took a sip and said it was the best wet he had ever tasted- it may own been played for promotion. but it looked delicious! otherwise, self mix distilled with bottled if you are afraid of tapwater
Filtered hose. I use a Berkey water filter. It does an excellent undertaking. Google it.
It is true that distilled water have no minerals in it. Typically, distilled sea is what you want to drink when you are sick or need to detox, as it purifies your body.
Ive be using distilled on and off for years. No inorganic minerals, starchy metals, bacteria, virus, chlorine or flouride. Mines ozonated for added oxygen content and for bottle sterilization purposes.
It will leach inorganic minerals out of your body which are useless to us. Plants, thru photosynthesis, can only break down inorganic minerals to life, which we consume as fruits, vegs, herbs, etc.
Your life minerals will be fine as they are already assimilated into muscle, flesh, organs, etc.
I hate to drink stroke water as ably. When I HAVE to, its very little.
