Yes, they do work. I have have one for about 2 weeks. I be a 2 pack a day guy, and in a minute smoke less than partly a pack of regular cigs a day. The zest is good beside the e-cig and cartridges are cheap too. Ruyan is the biggest brand name, but here are way better deal out there on similar products. I get mine on ecrater.com for $50.
