Baking soda can be used to neutralize stomach sharp. Put a teaspoon in a 4 oz. chalice of water and drink it down. It'll chew disgusting, but it will help.

You don't want to do this if you are on a sodium restricted diet.

the best process to avoid this crap, i have it too, is to prevent it as much as possible.transformation eating behaviour and exercise and avoid stress and laying flat.
i run a Zantac or the store brand version, every morning and hours of darkness.
