From a wholistic perspective, as well as treating the symptoms, for long possession relief, it is substantial to heal the digestive tract. When the gut does not enjoy the integrity it should, you absorb larger food particle into your blood stream which your immune system sees as foreign. Although you may not suffer food allergies (or be aware that you do), this extra stress on the immune system make it more reactive to other challenges, approaching aero-allergens, causing sinus problems.
Avoiding dairy, wheat and processed foods help reduce the on the spot symptoms - like mucus buildup. Drink lots of fluids, especially thaw herb teas (fenugreek, liquorice, thyme, peppermint singly or combined). Breathe in steam next to thyme oil contained by the hot water (don't produce it too hot - you don't want to burn/scald your nasal passages).

Golden trademark tablets - great for mucus membranes in the sinuses and for remedial and sealing the gut.
