Ayurveda request for information: can matching the doshas beside the assist of an Ayurvedic doctor treat everything..?
in other words, does the merciful need first to catch a western medicine full body check up, later mention and treat any imbalances
or
step straight to the Ayurvedic doctor who will help match the doshas and therefore alleviate everything(if anything needs uplifting in the first place)..?

Answer: I WENT TO WESTERN DOCTORS AT FIRST, THEY COULDN`T NEVER FIND MY PROBLEMS. I GO SEE A NATURAL PRACTITIONER AND FINDS ALL MY PROBLEMS IN 2 MINUTES. IT`S YOUR CHOICE IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME WITH WESTERN DOCTORS FIRST BUT IT`S A NO NEED.
Nothing heal everything. Hey, they are two different approaches. Balancing the doshas require some work and if the doshas are quite imbalanced you may enjoy to undergo an ayurvedic detox (panchakarma). This detox is involved and have heroic principles which may be too much for your constitution. Get the tests done (like blood exam and what not) and visit a herbal practitioner that also incorporates ayurveda as subdivision of the healing approach.
