I am considering trying Hoodia 57?
Has anyone ever used this? If yes, how did it work for you? Just curious as to any side effects and any effects at all.
Thanks
Answer:
H57 is as legal Hoodia product (contrary to many others). If I remember correctly the dose of hoodia per tablet is about 200-250mg. I would consider that honourably low as another popular form, DEX-L10 has 500mg and Hoodia 1500EX have 750mg. Definately helped near appetite reducation but I recommend you drink adequate hose down (thirst is sometimes triggers hunger because of water content surrounded by food), follow a healthy diet, exercise, and as you would expect check with a the doc first back you begin a routine.
Contrary to what a previous poster said. The FDA have issued Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines for the supplement industry and has the power to remove anything it see as unsafe whether justified or not. Take ephedra for instance. Taken beside medical approval and accurate dosing, it provided great appetite control and weightloss. However, it was removed. Why? Because the FDA feel that despite the fact that more relations overdose on popular pain relievers such as Tylenol, they should remove something that be alleged to have cause several high profile death.
So if you have nasua or motion sickness you will not clutch ginger capsules? If you are on a statin to lower cholesterol and your heart is man weakened as it depletes you of Co-Enzyme Q10, you will not supplement? If you enjoy cancer and require extra calories to prevent wasting during treatment, you will not use a protein or weight gainer?
It is foolish to ruminate all FDA approved compounds are protected. I am disheartend to think of the amount of general public who will try the approved weightloss formula only to realize its own side affects. Thats why more general public don't already use it. Consider that it prevents lipase from breaking down a significant amount of fat surrounded by your GI system. Where does this go? Out near all your other squander. Now imagine the state that most fat are in at body heat. Liquid, right? Is that pleasant oily discharge worth it? To some conceivably. But if I could use something in conjunction beside willpower to stop myself from ever putting excessive calories in my body, I would. I focus I'll skip those fun trips to the bathroom!
I have not hear of this brand before, but some supplements of Hoodia any have too much within them or not enough. Most enjoy
not enough to even facilitate you lose weight. Talk to your doctor almost a good diet plan and exericise that will work and hang on to the weight sour for good.
They have the president and owner of the company on this msnbc show (I think it be msnbc) and from what I gathered, it be one of the safest ones. You should wait till this summer, and lift this diet pill thats comming out called "ALLI" It's a low dose over the counter journal of a perscription pill. It is FDA approved, and it just doubles the counterbalance that you're already loseing with diet and excercise. I would lone take something to be exact atleast FDA approved. There is no regulations on what these companies are putting in these diet supplements. Good Luck :)
i own tried hoodia but it made me eat more.. but afterwards again i have tried welburin and other depression pills and they made me axitated .. and the sleeping pills the doctor give me made my heart race so i could not sleep at hours of darkness.. some diet pills put me to sleep..lol if your really over weight and dont inevitability to lose just 5 to 10 lbs i would budge and see a doctor.. they will give you something profoundly better than you could buy at any store the cost of the doctor visit and the med may be more than buying over the counter..but when you deem about it..if this dont work and you try something else and it dont work and you progress out a buy another product then the cost is roughly speaking the same diet pills scale from $15 to $35 depending on which store and which type your buying.. and with a doctor prescription you can report to the pharmacy to give you partially the prescription that way you can try it and if it dont work you can phone the doctor and tell them if your have side effects and some time the doctors will give you sample to try.. good luck
I hold used Hoodia and I find it works really well. It keep me satisfied for slightly a while, and as far as I can tell it have no side effects. My body is very sensitive, so if in that were any strange side effects - I'd know it instantly.
What I've done is when I prepare a protein shake in the morning for breakfast, I unfurl 3 or 4 capsules and pour the powder to be mixed into the shake. I can't really soft spot it (I like the chocolate protein powder), and it make it so that at lunch time I'm not scrambling to guzzle anything in verbs. Often times I'll be tempted to skip lunch, but I don't simply because I want to hold my metabolism up.
As for a particular type of Hoodia - I've used the smaller amount expensive ones you can get from Kmart / Walmart / Walgreens, etc. and it's no different than the more expensive ones. Having said that though, read the ingredients to trade name sure there aren't any additives that might not agree near your body.
I Have used Hoodia before, I wasnt hungary and I didnt own any side effects
