Is infrared treatment not dangerous for Osteosporosis if you own a vertebral fracture?
I have a Osteosporosis and fractured vertebrae. I am taking chiropractic treatments twice weekly for adjustment to my spinal column as restorative care, but a friend feel that Infrared would help next to the pain.

Infrared is contraindicated for a fractured bone. Ask your chiropractor to impart you extension exercises. There is a study that shows that extension exercises reduced the chance of another fracture compared to the control and the extension/flexion exercise group. The flexion solely group had more fractures than the control.
infrared? this will not work within any way, comparatively frankly sunlight is better, at least you'd be getting some vitamin D.
