Seeking Natural Sleep Aids?

I am looking for Natural Sleep Aids, what works for you?

Answer:
On top of the supplements that have already be mentioned, calcium can help too. You know the classic thaw out milk thing? Well sector of the reason it worked is the high temperature was soothing. The other pretext it worked is because of the extra bit of calcium before bed.

There are other things you can do to sustain you sleep besides taking pills or supplements or teas. If you have a TV contained by your room, get rid of it. Don't do anything within your bedroom other than sleep and sex. If you are have trouble falling asleep for more than half an hour, achieve out of bed and do something that does not stimulate the mind. Don't read an interesting book. Do not watch TV. Keep things as low push button as possible. When you get tired satisfactory to fall asleep, try getting vertebrae into bed again. You can keep the room a bit cooler as your body tempature intrinsically rises when you first fall asleep. Make sure that terrifically little, if any, light get into the bedroom. The light can effect the feature of sleep. Another thing that may give a hand is having some environment white noise. It would block out any echo coming from the street, etc. and help you leak asleep and stay asleep.
go to a local condition food store, and they can help you next to that. My son uses chamomile tea, and Melatonin, which you can get at the strength food store.
Nothing works for me, but I'm an extreme case (chronic insomnia, parasomnia, sleep apnea, etc.) However, for "normal" race, three supplements that you can get at Vitamin World or GNC that may serve are: (1) Melatonin, (2) Valerian Root -- with or short hops, and (3) Holy basil extract. Stay away from over-the-counter sleep aids because they interfere with REM sleep, so you usually wake up up feeling tired and stay tired for most of the morning.
