How do i practice reiki again?
i was forced to help yourself to psychatric pills for 4 years and i also recieved electric shocks & now i cannot surface good/normal anymore. i have developed migraine and other body irritations due to the hostile response of medication..which i think is enduring.
Any way i can be aware of spiritualy inclined again?
Answer: I'm not quite sure if you are proverb you used to be a Reiki practitioner before or not. Once you are attuned you enjoy the ability forever. Or you can desire out someone locally or by distance to have regular sessions next to until you start to feel some normalcy contained by your life again.
You can also try some meditation.
Meditation and read spiritual books and listen to spiritual music, hang down with spiritual those talk/pray to God or who ever you believe in. I am part of a reiki therapeutic yahoo group. There are several reiki healers (including me) in this group who convey distant/distance healing to adjectives who request it.
