How do you skirmish flu in need taking pills?

there are things excluding ibuprofins that can definitely HELP bear a flu fever away:

1. lots of liquid!!! you need to drink fluids after fluids to flush away the microbes causing you to acquire sick. Juices are ideal! 5-6 cups of raw (not 100% sugar suff) orange, apple, cranberry, etc. liquid. Drink at least 6 cups (or 2 bottles) of hose down everyday.

2. sleep. dont go online or keep watch on tv all daytime. sleep A LOT and try reading. reading really relaxes the mind and makes you a touch tired so you can rest.

3. alternating cold and warm baths. transport 2 baths a day (you dont hold to wash your down or anything, this is just for your body temperature). run a cold bath within the afternoon. the colder the better, but dont freeze yourself. then, purloin a hot bath at darkness or first thing surrounded by the morning. the baths shoulnt be over 30 minutes long.

4. food wise, get through mild, light foods. you may quality too sick to eat a hulking meal due to vomiting or other things, so try drinking some light rice and plain yogurt on top. crackers and fruits other work! if you do happen to gain really hungry though, either try soups or (if you dislike soup or something) light pasta or potato french fries. stay away from speedy food.

1 cup of apple cider vinegar (Bragg's w/the "mother")
1 cup of pure honey ( organic)
8 cloves of garlic crushed
put surrounded by blender for 60 seconds
put within glass jar surrounded by fridge, leave for 5 days (can be used right away also)
run 2 tsp. in morning until that time you eat and 2 contained by the afternoon if infections real doomed to failure. repeat til infections gone.
There are 3 things that i love having when im near a flu, and i easily restore your health:
1 - resting
2 - good mom's chicken soup (emotionally,ur flu is gone :-))
3 - and something we other do here in portugal: strong lemon tea next to honey!does the trick!
We also take heat up brandy with honey.
