why is marijuanan criminal if it kill smaller amount race than cigarettes and alcohol combined?
I know a lot of inhabitants think marijuana kill and is a horrible drug but some of these people are probably smoking a cigarette as they are adage that. Don't tell me it kill my brain cells, so does alcohol, so does cigarettes, so does sitting contained by rush hour traffic inhaling all of those exhaust fumes. What is your inference of why it is illegal?

I agree. Marijuana is smaller number harmful than cigarettes. If corporations could bazaar and sell it legitimately, they would love it. If tobacco came on the bazaar today as a new product it would be scheduled as an illegal drug by the FDA.

I'm not entirely positive on why it is illegal, but I would guess the grounds it kills smaller amount people is because smaller number people own access to it, and less culture smoke marijuana than cigarettes and drinking alcohol.

It's a depressant--like alcohol. And if it's decriminalized, the gov't can't tax it because general public can just grow it surrounded by their backyard. I dunno---talk to your councilman. Society deems the drug impossible, it's why we have censorship of some cuss words and not others. Murder is not permitted but abortion is legal. The drug does impair your sense but so does alcohol. Perhaps they judge to many citizens would do it if it was court. I'm against all of it, drinking, smoking and drugs, those things enjoy destroyed plenty of lives as it is.
Well; cigarettes and alcohol combined kill more culture that heroin and crack combined, but that's not a very virtuous argument for shooting smack or smoking crack. The only defence tobacco and alcohol are legal is the historical precedent, if they be discovered today there is no road they would be tolerated. That being said, I adopt that the decriminalization of cannabis is a good concept. No one has be prosecuted for less than 3 grams surrounded by my jurisdiction for years, so it's just not an issue where on earth I live.

Everyone I know say that it is because of tax. They could engineer it like cigarettes and everyone would mellow out....And farmers can hold on to their land prosperous. Alcohol sucks and cigarettes suck but, mary jane is nature cure to an ago old problem. God put it here for man use as a medicine and darn it, it should be court.
I think that marijuana and cigarettes should become unauthorized. But to answer your question, it kill less ethnic group because it is illegal. If it wasn't, more family would use it and more would die. But I believe that both of them should be made illegal because of what they do to you.

I dont find anything wrong with weed, though I dont use it myself. Alcohol is MUCH worse than marajuana contained by all respects and it's official cause associates rioted when they banned it. It make no sense really, Canada allows marajuana and they dont seem to own many problems near it. Just apply the same rules to drinking if nation care that much. No human being high while at work, only just like drinking, no smoking contained by confined public places, just close to cigarettes, and so on.
