you could try Ibuprofen, which is within the same class as aspirin, but gentler on the stomach. both of these must be taken beside food though to protect the lining of your stomach from irritation. But look out as this class of drug can worsen asthma if you suffer from that.
The best advice really is to basically pop to boots or tesco and have a chat beside the pharmacist who will help you to clear the right choice.
tiger balm is good and intuitive, just grasp the clear as the other one colours our skin.

I am an alternative medicinal psychoanalyst and an ex nurse. Do not take Ibuprofen, its the worst type of pain executioner anyone can take. You can clutch codeine but be careful because if you give somebody a lift it to often it can lay waste to your liver, Aspirin damages the stomach lining and can wiry out your blood. You should go down to the condition shop and get some herbal teas. Chamomile is honourable for calming the anxious system. You can get a freezing block that you rub on your forehead. You may obligation to get your eyes tested contained by case this is the motivation. If you have started your period then this may be the explanation, if so, there are painkillers that are designed for this purpose so take your mum to go to the chemist. Herbal remedies such as feverfew are exceedingly good but you must be over 18 to nick them. You can also place an ice pack at the bottom of your neck this help to calm the blood vessel (capillaries) that cause the cramp
