Morphine, Demerol, Ultracet, tylenol #3 (with codeine), codeine by itself, oxycodone, tramadol, etorphine, hydrocodone, methadone, percocet, endocet, and many more.
Demerol... I repeatedly use dolfenal for toothaches... For headaches/fever, use acetaminophen/paracetamol.
It depends on what you are looking for: what type of pain, duration, severity of cramp. There are many types of meds for different types of stomach-ache. What may work for a headache may not work for joint stomach-ache, etc. You should check with a pharmacist or look it up on webmd to know what will work best. Also, if the affliction is relieved by an OTC med, there is no requirement to turn to narcotic meds like Lortab and morphine as others enjoy listed for you. Narcotics can be markedly addictive and dangerous if used under the supervision of a doctor or pharmacist. AND, a doctor or pharmacist would be best competent to tell you if a clean medication might interact with something you may already be on.
If you would dictatorial your question to be more specific, you might take a more specific answer. What kind of twinge? How old is the party? Do they have a low tolerance for medicine?
