I hold a bulging disk within my spine that cause sciatica etc I'm 32?


Does anyone have any experiance or opinion its been this process getting worse now for 4yrs I do lots of exercise but hold recently stopped Ive have scans etc

My husband have this about two years ago. You obligation physical therapy. It's the simply thing that will win it back where on earth it belongs and alleviate the pain. Ack, that sucks! I have some minor sciatica myself and the piece I've found that works the best is Iyengar Yoga and exercise. I do have it mildly plenty that I can still exercise, but the yoga has help a lot. I do Iyengar because it is especially focused on alignment and it is very appropriate for injuries. I am fairly analytical roughly trying to figure out what works because I'm a scientist. I enjoy noticed significant renovation from the Yoga. The big difference between my sciatica though is that mine is due to some crunching in my sacrum, not bulging discs. My co-worker near bulging discs and sciatica said that yoga used to help, but presently she is too stressed out (which is aggravating the sciatica) and strapped for cash, to move about anymore. She's got a special wants child which takes ALL her time.

I do dream up that the flexibility and awareness of your body can't hurt as long as you are SUPER careful not to do anything that hurts. All yoga is not equal, so find a *studio* not a gym, and variety sure they are practicing good alignment and hopefully Iyengar.
