What are my probability of mortal competent to specialize within platic surgery simply as a surgical tech?
Answer: I would think most MD's who do plastic surgery would want to use an RN for their assistants and to monitor follow-up clinic safekeeping.
First you have to cram to spell or at least run spell check. You wont be capable of be "specailized" until you get some experience from working.
Many plastic surgeons take on their own surgical 'scrub' techs in their private clinics. There are 5 who do so at the hospital where on earth I practice. They were adjectives hired out of the hospital's main operating rooms after demonstrating their ability.
