about a variety of health store herb and vitamins. Anyone had apposite luck with the numerous tricks potions out there? I'm already on pills to drop my current 460 to something a bit lower than melted butter but I want to cover adjectives my bases.

Take Omega 3 or Flax Seed....the Flax worked for me. The capsules are great, although you can also use flax seed on your cereals and such.

I am not sure if you would believe this or not, but red wine with onions really oblige. I try it myself before, I didn't use it to lower my cholesterol, I of late used it to lose weight, but it be recommanded by my friends, he used it for his choloesterol.
