Using vinegar to verbs sinuses?
I have one of those bottles that are used to verbs out the sinuses (in one nostril and out the other). Can vinegar be used for this purpose?
Answer: I have found the best item is extremely dilluted hydrogen peroxide (a few capfulls of 3.5% in a full neti pot), but if you do this approach you own to be very measured not to have too giant a concentration.if you do it's really unpleasant. So, I always start next to the smallest concentration I can make and at a snail`s pace work up.
The other option is the tried and true "heat water + saline." It works too but it's not as effective. The same burning sensations can come up from using too glorious a concentration, but they aren't as severe. However, salt is scathing, so it can create a different problem.
However, I would not advise using vinegar. That will be more tender than the first two, and not have as righteous an effect.

I of late saw on oprah that the "nedi pot" really works to clear your sinus's. They say to use heat up water next to a pinch of salt. Good luck no, saline water or a saline solution
No,do not use vinegar. Go to shoppers drug mart and carry yourself a neti pot, on sale 15.99
It works great. The ony things that really help me was when my Dr. told me roughly speaking a sinus wash that will wipe out bacteria.
you inevitability
distilled water
deep-sea salt
fluid chlorophyll and colloidal silver from the health food store.
surrounded by a glass mix 1/4 cup dampen with a pinch of brackish and heat to body warmth.
add 5 drops respectively silver and chlorophyll and mix.
using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication)or a neti pot drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the antenna while laying down.
Turn the lead and let it drain out the other nostril. Be sure to enjoy paper towels handy.
The silver kill the bacteria and here are several hundred kind that can live within the sinus cavities and anti biotics don't take rid of them all.
Do this twice a time for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time.
Then do it once a week for continuation.
There is nothing within this that will hurt you, and it cured me.
I do not have to embezzle claritin, or antibiotics anymore.

well here it is, dont set-up with vinegar, you can burn adjectives the insides of your nose if u accidentally overdose even a touch bit. The best way (and trust me surrounded by that, my grandma still does it): go to a steam room, spend at hand at least 10 minutes to "melt" your phlegm, rob the solution of salt and hose (not sure about proportions but so that you grain it doesnt burn you) put some salty dampen through a tube onto one nostril and "spit it out" through the other, do so several times untill you fel you breath easily. You can also use some eucaleptus essential grease in your steam room for a better result XXXXXXXXXX
