NO RESEARCH ON PROBIOTICS HAS SHOWN ANY DIFFERENCE! darn media, they clear us think probiotics are little hero in our yogurt but in attendance is no evidence they even work. To the personality who said that probiotics are not for real, almost every traditional (read frail fashioned times) had some form of lacto fermented foods that they regularly ate, and they have no diabetes, no heart attacks, and some of them had tremendous longevity, if they didn't succomb to and happenstance or an infection, that is.
