Have you see a doctor about this cough? Is it asthma? Is the vicodin/codeine prescribed by this doctor, or did you gain it for something else and it works on your cough?
If it is not prescribed by the doctor for the cough, you need to see doctor for the cough. It could be something approaching asthma that you just want to do inhaler twice a day...much smaller number dangerous than vicoden. If it be prescribed for cough for doctor, why this med and not something else? Have you spoken to doctor about your concerns just about addictions? This is what you requirement to do. If you are worried about addiction, consequently I would stop, now. This is not unanimously the type of medicine explicitly prescribed for cough unless the underlying cause of the cough is one treated.
