I own a calcium supplement w/ vitamin d and minerals tablets that expire on January 2007.?
I was wondering if I can still clutch them.
Also in standard let's if my ginkgo biloba or centrum pills expire, can I still take them in need any kind of refusal effects.
Answer:
Yes, they will be fine.
I do not see why not, herbs and supplements do closing longer than over the counter, because the manufacturers do not donate any additives. It is because of the bureaucrats in the mogul pharmaceutical industries and their constant nagging that legislation get passed over health food products, after expired date, from the manufacturers of robustness foods, the vitamins are good up to a year, year and a partly, keep them tightly hermetic, away from moisture and sun. I have used expired herb and vitamins myself and I am still here.
Most natural products singular lose potency - this close should be fine because of the sell date usually factoring within enough time to use the supply while still potent
I organize a supplement store. You can take your supplements after expiration, but I don't recommend it.It won't hurt you, but your supplements lose potency over time.Moisture, temp change,light.........ect.adjectives effect the potency of your supplements.Take them if you want to,but you'll get more benefit from fresh ones.
when contained by dought throw them out.
