Well, a water platform massage grease would be called a lotion.

A lotion is a mixture of oil and water.

There is a stroke cream that does not stain sheets called Aroma Butter. And fractionated coconut grease is not supposed to stain either.

Also, you add on a cup of white vinegar (it's very inexpensive) to your laundry to assist get grease stains out.
