Any remedies or preventive measures for motion sickness?
In Singapore, where traffic lights smaller quantity than 1km apart, i do get motion sickness when travelling contained by public transport. the sudden stops/jerks will make me dizzy. overtime, i'll be premonition nauseaus.
Anyone knows of a channel to rectify this issue?..

I have found a highly good homeopathic remedy for motion sickness. It is call (amazingly) Motion Sickness #45. It is made by Newton Homeopathics (www.newtonlabs.net).
I usually get motion sickness on airplanes and boats. I used this on a cruise to Alaska two years ago and have no problems from the time I left home until I get back. It made the trip markedly enjoyable. As am concern of fact, once the other member of my family saw how ably I was doing, they started using it too. We adjectives had a much better time for it.
There is another product call Sea-Bands (www.sea-bands.com) that applies pressure to acupressure point P6, a point about three finger widths above the wrist crease on the inside of the forearm. This help , but, it takes rather while to be effective.
As mentioned surrounded by the other answers, Ginger works well. I would waste time to take Dramamine myself, because it make me drowsy.

motion bands, work great! should know how to get them at a pharmacy over the counter.
Try playing near some little ball (size of a billiards ball) contained by your hand while travelling.
Try some fresh Ginger.
Have some ginger. You can own it in tablet form, drink or lately chew on a small piece of ginger root.
Take dried ginger in a tablet. Or even chew a piece of fresh ginger as you ride.
