The best remedies I own found are: 1) aromatherapy: Lavender, Oregano, Thyme, and Rosewood oils are best I reflect on. 2) Vitamin supplements: Vitamin C, All B vitamins and minerals such as Zinc. 3) Some herbal supplements: Ginko Biloba is good for concentration and memory. Out of adjectives of these, I think Aromatherapy is the best! But everyone is different.
Try chocolate. Dark, strong and bitter. There is nought like it, conceivably as a drink it could warm you up too. Of course it can other help to be surrounded by a warmly lit room, alone, sitting comfortably , listen to Enya or some native American jar pipe tunes.
