I am within the process of a yeast cleanse and am wondering if you can see the colonies going away your body?
So I know if I am seeing what I think I am seeing, can someone describe what they look resembling? Size, color, etc? Yuck, I know.

Unless you have extremely roomy amounts of yeast; it is only in general seen contained by a discharge of some sort under a microscope. There is really no instrument to tell if it is bacterial or a yeast unless it is beneath a microscope.
