May be some remedies if there is no cure
Answer:
See the discussion and suggestions surrounded by the Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine (Murray and Pizzorno) or Prescription for Natural Cures (Balch & Stengler). The Miracle of Magnesium by Dr Carolyn Dean is also interesting. No guaranteed cure but a lot of ably thought out advice and suggestions.
There is no cure. There are no concrete "treatments" either. I be diagnosed with it roughly speaking a year ago and here's what I did to help. Started exercising, at least possible 3 days a week, 1 hour of cardio & a little weights. Eat a small collation every 3 hours. I've been much better since I started doing those things. If your have problems sleeping, talk to your doctor almost a sleep aid. If your problem is staying awake, there are also medication. I chose to try the alternatives I mentioned above and it worked out for me. Good luck.
Sleep.

Homeopathy can certainly relief. If you'd like to see one surrounded by person and don't know one, you can check www.homeopathy.org to find one to hand you.
Herbal therapies can aid balance the body, as capably. However, it's extremely difficult to recommend anything over the internet. The best thing you can do to backing yourself is to find either a homeopath or a naturopath who can use kinesiology to determine what your body requests to bring it back into harmonize.
If you don't know a naturopath, you can find one near you at www.trinityschool.org. They enjoy graduates scheduled by state on their web site.
One of my clients swears that products offered by Reliv help her tremendously. It is a multi-level marketing company, but she only used the products as anti becoming a distributor; so I don't believe she's promoting it to make $$$.
Alternative and complimentary therapy all work to go together the energy of the body, and what works for one may not work for another. That's why it can be difficult to recommend specific remedies over the internet. (i.e., echinasea help many relations, but it doesn't do anything for me). Also, alternative and complimentary therapies are not mutually exclusive -- you can do several of them at once.
If it be me, I think my first stop would be a homeopath, afterwards a naturopath, then a look in to the acupuncturist.
