Constipaton Remedies?
It might sound resembling I am trying to be funny, but this is a serious question! I grasp severely constipated (I can only travel twice a week). I work out regulary, eat a healthful diet, drink plenty of hose, and have see a doctor about this, who replied I am "intrinsically that way". Does anyone have some foods that give a hand (besides Fiber- I eat so much already) or unconscious laxitives I can try? Sorry if this question be too gross.

actually you probably are not constipated. if you are you would hold stomach cramps and thats not good
There are loads of "natural"/herbal remedies, simply go to any homeopath or form store. You could even try acupuncture--I live in Korea where on earth this is a way of duration. Incidentally, the combination of hot pepper sauce and soju (kind of Korean alcohol) seems to hold my students constantly running to the bathroom! I don't recommend this way though.
Personally, lots of garlic (like contained by pasta sauces), spices and curry always do it for me. You should also form sure you have fitting yoghurt and dried fruit every day.
I get through salsa and also eat plain yogurt - that seem to help.

I had that same problem. Have you ever verbs your digestive system? The doctor told me to use "Fiber System Plus" for 10 days to clean my digestive system and it did pious. You could try something to cleanse your colon. Colonics cleansers are supposed to assistance constipation. You may have alot of buildup surrounded by your colon, so doing this may "unplug" you. I got back up when I had hemorrhoid surgery, redundant to say it pushed out the constipation problem I be having.
