I'm sorry to say but this sort of spinal defile is usually permanent. There is research into getting electrical stimulants to move the muscles again but it is vastly early days and no-one know for sure if there is a adjectives in this benign of work.

Please do some research on hyperbaric chamber or hyperbaric oxygen therapy. I don't know much more or less it - its the chamber people stir in when they own the bends or have carbon monoxide surrounded by their system, I think it 100% oxygen and underneath pressure - I have hear it can make some conditions better - but you'll entail to do lots of reading - there are places within the UK and they are expensive, and I may be barking up the wrong tree.
