I've got itchy throat.What is the best remedy to this? not medicine PLEASE. I want natural method.Thanks & MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!

I am hoping it's only itchy not sore. You could try gargling near salt hose. Zinc lozenges should help too and also boost your immune system during the cold and flu season. Warm tea near a drop of lemon and honey will probably also give some nouns.
Greasy food seems to minister to me.

for a bad sore throat,construct up a gargle with any salt,lemon liquid or cider vinegar diluted with put on alert water.
