are zinc and vitamin e ( supplements ) supposed to be good for the skin ?
a few months ago i took 1 zinc tablet and 2 vitamin e supplements day by day for 2 weeks and my skin was really righteous. since i've stopped taking them my skin looks like crap again .
what other supplements are designed to be good for the skin ?

My brother's doctor put him on vitamin E several years ago to help hang on to his heart healthier after he have a heart attack. It is an anti-oxidant, along with some others, and he have taken them for years with no side affects. You manifestly don't want to take too much but I don't expect 1 or 2 a day, depending on their strength, is going to hurt you that much.

I presently buy Shaklee vitamins because they are all inherent and not diluted like OTC ones are or rancid from sitting within some warehouse for months on end.
vitamin E is not hose soluble, so your body will continue to gather it. i don't know how much you took, you may be poisoning yourself with 2 weeks of vitamin E.
