helps next to frost bite.
restore circulation to recently re attached limb.
I know people put them on their eyes contained by some cultures, but I don't know why.
In the 1700s and 1800s people believed that leeches would cure the sick by purifying blood of complaint. Usually the patient completed up bleeding to death. They speculate that that's what kill George Washington.
^^Lynz...that wouldn't help arthritis...that's the deterioration of joint from the breakdown of bones and cartilage from strenuous, repeated use or old age.
They are great for fishing. I hold caught Northern Pike, Pickeral (Walleye), bass (small mouth, rock and largemouth) and a Muskie once. They are excellent bait.
Also used to help regain blood flow beside fingers and toes are replaced. Not blood clots, but to help suck the flow hindmost through those tiny repairs veins, after the surgeon is finished.
They are also excellent for freaking out my elder sister (when we were kids). I would drop one into her drink! That made her blood flow explicitly for sure, lol.
