What are some home remidies, viatamins, exercises, ect that i could use for my son who is possiblly ad/hd.?

Answer:
I am not sure what you mean by "possibly AD/HD"? Either he have it or he doesn't. If you haven't had him tested that is to say the first thing to do. Call your doc and ask for a referal to a clinic that does carrying out tests for this. Second get rid of adjectives of your toxic cleaning products and laundry products as many of these are registered pesticides. Switch to adjectives natural cleaners. Once you get hold of all of the toxic chemicals out own someone take your child for the year while you clean everything surrounded by the home including the furniture and carpets near the new products and wipe all of his clothes and bedding within the new laundry products. Start him on a flawless mulitvitamin that is resourcefully absorbed by the body and carry him on a good grape nut extract product. Limit or cut out all foods that artificial for a while to see if this help. Limit his foods with the red dyes within them like Kool-Aid and fruit snacks etc. Good Luck
